Fly Tying & Fish Talk
• January 18, 2015 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm
Join us Sunday, January 18th from 1 to 4 for an afternoon of fly tying at Klaus Nielsen’s house in Brookfield.
This is an informal event open to all (chapter members and guests). Experienced tiers – bring your vise, materials and fill up some of those empty slots in your fly box!
New to tying? We will have tools, materials and volunteers willing to show you the ropes.
Young tiers are always welcome! We have a passion for teaching kids to tie, so don’t hesitate to bring along your son or daughter.
We will be happy to walk them through the basic techniques.
You don’t tie? Don’t worry about that! Come watch some great tiers in action! It is a great opportunity to pick their brains while you spend a few hours in the company of like-minded anglers.
Beverages and snacks will be served, but you are welcome to bring a snack to share. Stay for the whole time or just stop by for coffee and conversation!
Pleas RSVP to Kit Nielsen for address and detailed directions. Looking forward to seeing you there!
