New Farmington Regulations
The new regulations are now in place for the Farmington River. From the Goodwin Dam all the way down to the Route 177 Bridge in Unionville there are a combination of TMAs and Seasonal TMAs that will keep that water open all year long — some of it as catch and release, some of it as C&R during the “off” season and 2 Trout Limit during the “regular” season. I’d try to explain it to you but the DEEP has already done a better job — check out this handy schematic.
