Loren Williams, a member of the US National Fly Fishing Team, conducted a a Streamer Fishing Workshop for CVTU on Saturday, September 26, 2009. A 2 hour introductory classroom session was held at the Cornwall Inn. After lunch, attendees adjourned to the Housatonic River to practice the techniques.
Loren spent a day with several of our members giving them tips and tricks in how to effectively fish streamers. In the words of one participant,
I realized I’ve been fishing streamers wrong for a long time!”
